Lisa is a digital communications manager and freelance writer with a diverse background in social media marketing and consulting, with Pinterest being her specialty. As a member of the Society of Professional Journalists, she’s Everywhere’s master inquisitor.
Blogging since 2002, Lisa’s experience spans the influencer space that covers technology, lifestyle, social good and parenting. She has been featured in the Chronicle of Philanthropy for social media fundraising as part of the groundbreaking #Tweeta20 Twitter fundraising campaign in 2009. Previously, as chief blogger for Picaboo.com, Lisa’s work involved boosting customer loyalty, building brand voice and optimizing social presence. She has also served as the community manager of the Toyota Women Influencers Network (TWIN) for the Clever Girls Collective.
Lisa recently spoke at the Animal Agriculture Alliance on the subject of radical transparency in the media, a subject matter near and dear to her heart. When she’s not working, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and son, perfecting her caramel cake recipe, writing fiction, photographing interesting architectural subjects and singing loudly and off-key, all while obsessing over the perfect shade of gray nail polish.
